Possible problem and solution:
You must have your browser
configured to run Java
Explorer
- Go to "Tools | Internet Options..." from
the main menu
- Click the "Security" Tab (top)
- Click "Custom Level..." button
(towards bottom)
- Scroll down till you find "Java" (or
"Java VM")section
- Click on "High safety" radio button
- Click OK
- Restart the browser
Netscape Communicator
- Go to "Edit | Preferences..." from
the main menu
- Click on "Advanced" (left)
- Make sure "Enable
Java" check box is checked.
- Click OK
- Restart the browser
