Possible problem and solution:
You must have your browser configured to run Java

Explorer

  • Go to "Tools | Internet Options..." from the main menu
  • Click the "Security" Tab (top)
  • Click "Custom Level..." button (towards bottom)
  • Scroll down till you find "Java" (or "Java VM")section
  • Click on "High safety" radio button
  • Click OK
  • Restart the browser

Netscape Communicator

  • Go to "Edit | Preferences..." from the main menu
  • Click on "Advanced" (left)
  • Make sure "Enable Java" check box is checked.
  • Click OK
  • Restart the browser
